In the Breakfast buffet of Palazzo Liberty - as in all the other hotels of Geocharme Luxury Collection - the guest can taste the organic products of our Sicilian farm called Canalotto Farm.

This organic farm of Geocharme is located in south-western Sicily, a few kilometers from the Selinunte National Park and, with the organic farming method, produces tropical fruits, extra virgin olive oil Nocellara cultivar, jams and marmelades, nectars of various flavors, honey, olives, citrus fruits.

These organic products, zero kilometers and without the use of chemicals, arrive directly from the organic farm to the breakfast buffet, but also at lunch and in the hotel rooms.

For the aperitif and in the room, in fact, nectars are offered, but also olives in brine and olive paté, all organic. These are nectars rich in tropical fruit and citrus fruits. The olives, specifically, are Nocellara del Belice, large and juicy, ideal to accompany a glass of wine or a cocktail. The paté, finally, is the union of these olives with our precious oil, to be spread, in the room, on croutons.
