At breakfast there are extra organic jams, rich in fruit and very little added sugar. To sweeten the cappuccino or to spread them on bread, there are different types of honey with a unique and refined flavor. And to refresh ourselves with lots of healthy and organic fruit, there are fruit nectars, with citrus fruits and tropical fruits.

And also, depending on the season, the squeezed organic oranges from Sicily rich in vitamins and the organic lemons from Sicily that flavor the centrifuged drinks.

At dinner, the tasting of the excellent Olio Perfectum, an organic extra virgin olive oil from the Nocellara del Belice cultivar with an intense green color, the scent of freshly picked olives and the unmistakable flavor, slightly bitter and spicy. Tasting it with the bread produced by our chefs is an experience: a perfect union between freshly baked bread and an oil whose name says it all; or to dress salads, for breakfast or lunch, or on bruschetta with buffalo mozzarella and bottarga, raw, to enhance its unmistakable flavor.

In the room, for a snack in absolute privacy, the olive paté and the olives in brine, all organic! To be accompanied with a fresh fruit nectar, a source of vitamins.
