Ashram

Ashram is a sophisticated villa, a mix of oriental and sicilian styles, near to the magnificent Selinunte beach and about half an hour from the beaches of Menfi and Porto Palo. It is locatedocated in the Sicilian countryside, an Organic Farm (Canalotto Farm) cultivated with citrus, olive trees and tropical fruits and with other beautiful villas. Ashram is made up of three different blocks: the sleeping area (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) (1 block looks at a small lake and it give the idea of a ‘zen’ dwelling) and the living area (kitchen and spacious living and dining room), well-finished furnished with a patio leads in the swimming pool area. In both areas, large full-length windows, meld the interiors with the beautiful surrounding nature. A delightful garden surrounds the whole villa.

Interior description

The Villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It is made up of three separate blocks: one with two bedrooms (one double room and one twin room), each with its own bathroom in the room whose particularity is a large glass shower overlooking the olive trees or bamboo; the other with a bedroom and a bathroom; finally the living area with a large living / dining room and kitchen, equipped with well-kept furnishings and a patio that extends directly onto the infinity pool. Large windows light up the rooms, blending the interiors with the beautiful surrounding nature. The style of the furnishings and the surrounding context give the Villa a Zen atmosphere.

The tourist tax of € 1,00 per person per day must be added to the rates, starting from the age of 12.

ADDITIONAL COSTS (a credit card will be requested as a guarantee)
- Extra use of electricity: exceeding 200 kw per week € 0,40 per Kw;
- Extra cleaning of the villa: € 16,00 per hour;
- Extra change of linen: one set of bed linen = € 12,00 / two sets of towels = € 12,00;
- Reimbursement of intervention for occlusion of drains due to misuse (cooking oil should not be thrown in the sink; in the wc only toilet paper in moderate quantities is allowed);
- Late check-in by 11 pm.: € 100,00. Beyond 11 p.m. no access will be allowed in the villa, the check-in will be postponed to the following morning.
Multiple check-in, following the delivery of the keys: € 50.00 each one;
- Late check out by 7 p.m.: € 400,00;
- If there are dogs (max 25 kg and only with prior authorization), a supplement of € 160,00 will be required for additional cleaning at the end of the stay;
-In case of the pool towels of “Geocharme line” would not be returned, a fee of € 25,00 each will be charged
- In case the organic products produced by Canalotto Farm are consumed, the charge will be set according to the prices listed in the online shop at www.canalottofarm.com
